Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in Amazon product images, lifestyle imagery, and social media design. This role involves creating high-converting Amazon listing images, engaging lifestyle visuals, and compelling social media creatives that align with each brand’s identity.

You will work closely with marketing, eCommerce managers, and content teams to ensure that every image enhances brand storytelling, improves conversions, and captivates audiences.

This is a full-time and remote position, offering the opportunity to work on multiple high-growth eCommerce brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create Amazon Main & Secondary Images – Design high-converting main product images optimized for click-through rates (CTR) and visibility.
  • Develop Amazon Lifestyle & Infographic Images – Craft engaging lifestyle visuals, feature callouts, and comparison charts to increase conversion rates (CVR).
  • Design Social Media Creatives – Produce visually appealing graphics for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Follow Amazon Image Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure all images meet Amazon’s technical requirements, TOS, and marketplace standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Content Teams – Align creative assets with brand messaging, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing strategies.
  • A/B Test & Optimize Visual Content – Work with marketing analysts to refine image designs based on CTR, CVR, and engagement data.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency Across All Platforms – Ensure visual storytelling aligns with the brand identity across Amazon, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Stay Ahead of Design Trends – Keep up with eCommerce visual trends, Amazon listing strategies, and evolving social media aesthetics.

  • Amazon Image Performance – Increase CTR by 5-15% and improve CVR by 3-10% through optimized visuals.
  • Engagement Growth – Boost social media engagement (likes, shares, comments) by 10-20% per quarter.
  • A/B Testing Success – Successfully implement 10-20 image variations per quarter to enhance conversion rates.
  • Brand Consistency & Quality – Maintain a 99% adherence rate to brand style guides and visual standards.
  • Turnaround Efficiency – Deliver 10-30 high-quality images per week / 40-120 per month without sacrificing quality.

Success Benchmarks (30-60-90 Days)

First 30 Days

✅ Complete onboarding and review brand assets, Amazon listings, and current social media designs.
✅ Audit existing images and provide recommendations for improvement based on Amazon best practices.
✅ Develop and deliver at least one set of Amazon main images and lifestyle images.

First 60 Days

✅ Implement Amazon image optimizations that increase CTR and CVR.
✅ Design high-quality social media creatives for upcoming marketing campaigns.
✅ Collaborate with marketing to launch A/B tests on Amazon main images and infographics.

First 90 Days

✅ Successfully launch an A/B-tested Amazon main image or infographic update that increases CTR by 5-15%.
✅ Establish a streamlined process for Amazon image creation and social media asset production.
✅ Develop a brand-wide image guideline for consistency across all platforms.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Amazon Listing Design Expertise – Proven experience creating main images, lifestyle photos, and infographics that drive conversions.
  • Graphic Design & Image Editing – Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom for high-quality visuals.
  • Social Media Content Creation – Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest visual trends.
  • E-commerce & Marketplace Knowledge – Familiarity with Amazon best practices, listing optimization, and consumer behavior.
  • A/B Testing & Data-Driven Design – Ability to test different visuals and refine based on conversion performance.
  • Attention to Detail & Brand Consistency – Ability to maintain high visual quality across different platforms.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics, GIFs, or animated product visuals.
  • Knowledge of Amazon advertising and how images impact ad performance.
  • Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools.
