About Us:
In our evolution from performance-marketing to culture-and-commerce growth, we are seeking a Brand Ambassador Manager to build and scale an industry-leading ambassador channel across our multi-brand portfolio. You’ll deliver performance while aligning with our creator/brand mindset and retail ambitions. Our Portfolio of brands range from Fitness, Supplements, Pets and Beauty Brands.

Role Summary:
As Ambassador Manager, you will design, launch and operationalise our affiliate partner program: recruiting high-quality affiliates (creators, publishers, fitness communities), defining commission models, managing tracking and optimisation, collaborating cross-functionally and scaling the channel. This role sits at the intersection of culture (creator/affiliate) and commerce (sales/revenue) as we continue expanding both D2C and retail presence. Evaluate our current programs and optimize or re-design as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a full affiliate marketing strategy aligned to business objectives (traffic, conversion, revenue) across brands.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners—creators with affiliate capability, niche fitness/publishing communities, content publishers and deal/coupon sites.
  • On-board affiliates: provide tracking links/codes, assets (banners, landing pages, copy), training and campaign briefs.
  • Monitor affiliate performance: clicks, conversions, AOV, ROI. Identify top performers and scale; address under-performers with optimization
  • Negotiate commission structures, partner contracts/terms, bonus incentives while maintaining profitability and brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with brand, content, social and e-commerce teams ensuring affiliate campaigns align with product launches, creator activations and overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage affiliate program budget; forecast incremental revenue, set KPIs, report to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance and program integrity: vet affiliates for quality, monitor traffic quality and fraud prevention, avoid cannibalisation of other channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging affiliate platforms and new creative formats; propose innovation.
  • Create monthly/quarterly dashboards for leadership: partner segmentation, growth by cohort, revenue streams, optimisation recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Profile:

  • 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing or performance marketing—preferably with consumer-brand, D2C experience.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and growing affiliate networks and driving measurable revenue via affiliate channels.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with tracking tools, performance dashboards, conversion metrics.
  • Excellent relationship and negotiation skills: able to manage partner contracts, motivate affiliates and ensure alignment.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms/networks (e.g., Superfiliate, Impact, CJ, Partnerize) and commission models (CPA, CPS, CPL).
  • Strong project-management and organisational skills; able to work cross-functionally under tight timelines.
  • Bonus: Experience in multi-brand environments and/or fitness/supplement/retail categories.
  • Bonus: Basic understanding of creator ecosystem and how affiliate integrates with influencer/content strategy.

What We Offer:

  • A strategic, high-visibility role building and owning a major revenue channel across multiple brands.
  • Opportunity to blend culture (creator/affiliate) with commerce (sales/scale) in a growth-oriented company.
  • Competitive compensation + benefits.
  • Flexible/hybrid work structure; collaborative and fast-moving team culture.
  • Career growth potential: as the affiliate channel scales, lead a small team or program globally.

30-60-90 Day KPIs:
Days 1-30:

  • Audit current affiliate program: list current affiliates, performance metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue), tracking systems.
  • Select and implement/or optimise affiliate tracking platform/tools.
  • Define affiliate programme structure: commission models, partner categories, onboarding process.
  • Recruit at least 10 new affiliate partners aligned with brand values/fitness niche.
  • Set up affiliate dashboard & reporting framework (clicks → conversions → revenue).

Days 31-60:

  • Activate recruited affiliates: ensure each has tracking links, creatives and campaign brief (target: 80% activation).
  • Monitor activation rate: percentage of signed-up affiliates generating at least one sale.
  • Drive initial performance: set target affiliate-driven revenue for this period (to be internally defined).
  • Analyse affiliate traffic quality: clicks → conversions → AOV; identify top 20% performers and bottom 20%.
  • Segment affiliates: high-potential vs low-performing; prepare optimisation plan for next phase.

Days 61-90:

  • Increase active affiliates to at least 30 partners, with at least 5 high-performing affiliates delivering consistent conversions.
  • Optimise commission/promotional model: review performance data, adjust rates/terms for top affiliates; sunset low-potential ones.
  • Achieve affiliate program growth rate: e.g., new affiliate sign-ups increased by 25% over previous 30 days.
  • Calculate ROI of affiliate channel: (Revenue – Cost) ÷ Cost; report to leadership.
  • Deliver performance review presentation: affiliate growth metrics, partner performance, optimization roadmap for next 90-180 days.
