Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Associate to drive our recruitment and sourcing efforts while supporting broader HR operations.

Your primary mission: find, attract, and secure top talent quickly and effectively. You’ll proactively source candidates, manage applicant pipelines, screen talent, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience — particularly for high-volume and global hiring needs.

While your main focus will be on recruitment and sourcing, you’ll also assist in HR functions such as contract preparation, employee records management, onboarding, and internal communications.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing (Primary Focus):

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, gem.com, job boards, and other creative channels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for multiple roles at once
  • Post jobs and manage requisitions in applicant tracking systems (JazzHR, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews or assessments
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, pipeline health, source of hire)

HR Operations Support:

  • Assist with contract preparation, onboarding paperwork, and employee record updates
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Help maintain and improve HR workflows and documentation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all HR-related matters


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 📅 Time-to-source and time-to-hire
  • 📈 Pipeline quality and ATS accuracy
  • 📝 Accuracy and timeliness of HR documentation
  • Onboarding task completion rates within set deadlines


Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and sourcing
  • Proven success in volume hiring or managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR, BambooHR, Workable, etc.)
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and similar tools
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong, professional communication skills in English
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting
  • Availability from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Highly Desired:

  • Experience sourcing for eCommerce, digital marketing, or tech-related roles
  • Familiarity with task/project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
  • Experience working with international and remote-first teams

Compensation & Work Environment

  • 💼 Full-time, remote
  • 💰 Salary range: $1000–$1200 per month, flexible depending on experience
